Profile Settings

Personalize your Ajrly experience by completing your profile:

Basic Information

• Display Name — How others see you on the platform
• Avatar — Upload a profile picture (recommended: 256×256px)
• Bio — A short description visible on your public profile
• Timezone — Used for scheduling and activity timestamps

Contact Information

Add and verify your contact details for account recovery and notifications:

• Primary email (required)
• Phone number (optional, enables SMS notifications)
• Secondary email (optional, for backup)

Security Settings

Protect your account with these security features:

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for your account.

1. Navigate to Settings → Security
2. Click Enable 2FA
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
4. Enter the verification code to confirm

Session Management

View and manage active sessions across your devices:

• See all active sessions with device and location info
• Revoke specific sessions remotely
• Set automatic session expiration

Team Management

If you’re on a team plan, you can manage team members and permissions.

Inviting Members

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email and select a role
4. They’ll receive an invitation email

Roles and Permissions

Role	Description
Owner	Full access, billing management
Admin	Full access except billing
Member	Standard access to projects and resources
Viewer	Read-only access

Billing

Manage your subscription and payment methods:

• View current plan and usage
• Upgrade or downgrade your plan
• Update payment methods
• Download invoices
